Based in Kilkenny City, Ireland, Piscari-Fly is a new and growing Fly Tying and Fly Fishing business. My Name is Peter Driver and I am a qualified casting instructor with APAGI, and advanced qualified fly dresser with APAGI. I specialize in competition nymphs and fishing , Irish lake flies, streamers and lures. I have competed many times in World and European Fly Fishing Championships among many other competitions over the years. Through this I have traveled the fly fishing World while studying and gaining experience in the ever developing sport of fly-fishing. Now I can offer you some of that vast experience through fly tying, coaching and products at affordable prices.
