JOIN Alois Trübner AT THE IRISH FLY FAIR
I'm Alois, 42 years old, married, a proud dad of two girls, master of aviation maintenance at the german air force and based in Hermannsburg, Germany. I am fishing since I was a kid. Since 2012 my focus is 100 % on fly fishing. My favourite species are pike, pikeperch and perch which I target with well-engineered streamers. Trout- and grayling fishing is also something great to spend my time here on the countryside with a lot of beautiful rivers and creeks.
Tying occupies and fascinates me almost more than fishing itself, and that's why I've been giving live demos at trade fairs in Europe for about 4 years now. I am also a brand ambassador for Partridge Hooks, Sprite Hooks, Semperfli & Raidzap. I run an onlineshop for predator fly tying and fishing gear and being a guide and instructor in my local area is a passion of mine too. Therefore I have a small business called "Raptorz Fishing".
Flyfishing is simply balm for the soul. If then there is also wonderful nature and a beautiful fish, these are experiences that I will never forget and where I can recharge my batteries for a long, long time!
